The EGCG content for our Green Tea is 40% with Polyphenols being 90%. Green Tea extract contains caffeine, our version is considered "low caffeine". Green Tea has been used in China for thousands of years. The active ingredients in green tea extract are polyphenols which come in the form of flavinoids, catechins and EGCG. Our Green Tea Extract is extremely pure with a polyphenol content of over 90%.
Each capsule contains 400mg of green tea extract. This is the equivalent of approximately 4 cups of green tea.
As a reference, an average cup of green tea contains between 80 - 100mg of polyphenols.
