This improves the bioavailability of the nutrients which means more nutrients for the cells to utilise. Absorption is 10-20x that of tablet/capsule. The addition of folate works with vitamin B12 to support homocysteine metabolism.

Additionally, these liposomes provide the body with phosphatidylcholine, an essential phospholipid that is needed for many crucial functions in the body.
